SUFE offers comfortable and convenient on-campus accommodation for international students. The dormitory is located at No. 409 Sanmen Road, Baoshan District and No. 369 Zhongshan Beiyi Road, Hongkou District.
Options
Single Rooms: Available for both short-term (less than 90 days) and long-term (more than 90 days) stays. Rates range from ¥60 to ¥90 per day, depending on the duration of stay.
Double Rooms: Suitable for two occupants, with rates between ¥40 and ¥60 per day.
Three-Person Rooms: Designed for three students, offering a cost-effective option at ¥30 per day for long-term stays.
All rooms are equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, private bathrooms, and access to shared laundry facilities. For short-term residents, electricity charges are included in the accommodation fee. Long-term residents are required to pay electricity bills based on metered usage, with an initial deposit of ¥100.
Additional Facilities
Laundry Services: Laundry machines are available at a fee of ¥3 per use, with a ¥10 deposit for the laundry card.
Deposit Requirements: A refundable deposit of ¥800 is required upon check-in.
Accommodation reservations are managed by the university. Some options require online booking with fees, while others are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It's advisable to apply early to secure preferred accommodation.
